What is Malware-Free Hosting and how does it work?

- If malware is found while you’re on this plan, LeapDigitals will clean your site at no extra cost.
Do you provide SSL certificates with hosting plans?
- Yes—free SSL (AutoSSL) is included so your sites can run over HTTPS.
Do you migrate websites from other hosts?
- Yes—free migration for supported platforms such as cPanel; typical DNS cutover downtime is under ~15 minutes.
Dedicated Servers
Where are dedicated servers available?
- United Kingdom, United States, and Pakistan—each with its own hardware and data-center infrastructure.
Do you offer Windows dedicated servers?
- Yes—Windows servers are available only from the Pakistan branch.
- Order by opening a support ticket to discuss specifications and licensing.
Do you allow custom OS installations?
- No—client-provided custom OS images are not allowed.
- Choose from approved Linux distributions or Windows (Pakistan only).
Can I upgrade server hardware later?
- No—hardware upgrades on an existing dedicated server are not possible.
- Order a new server; LeapDigitals will assist with data migration between servers.
Dedicated Server Policies & Limitations
Are servers 100% dedicated and unmanaged?
- Yes—100% dedicated hardware (not controlled/managed by LeapDigitals beyond power & network hookup).
- We do not monitor software, uptime, or performance by default; you are responsible for all system administration.
Do you back up any data on dedicated servers?
- No—no backups are taken by LeapDigitals for dedicated servers.
- If you lose data, we cannot restore it; implement your own off-site backups.
Domains
Do you register and transfer domains?
- Yes—.com, .net, .org, .co.uk, .pk and many others are supported.
What are example domain pricing rates?
- .com ≈ £10.88/yr, .org ≈ £10.60/yr, .net ≈ £13.49/yr, .co.uk ≈ £10.68/yr, .pk ≈ £20 for 2 years.
- Prices may change due to currency exchange and registry updates.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit/debit cards via Stripe and bank transfers (methods may vary by region).
- PayPal is not accepted.
When is data deleted for unpaid invoices?
- Web hosting data is deleted 30 days after the due date if unpaid.
- Dedicated server data is deleted 7 days after the due date if unpaid.
Backups & Security
Do you provide backups for hosting accounts?
- Yes—daily backups, retained for 14 days (files, databases, and mail).
- Restores are free on request via ticket.
Do you provide DDoS protection and malware scanning?
- Yes—network-level DDoS protection across hosting services.
- Malware scanning is included on security-focused plans; Malware-Free Hosting includes free cleanups when malware is detected.
Affiliate Program
Do you have an affiliate program?
- Yes—earn 15% commission on each qualifying payment from referred customers.
- Minimum payout is $25; payouts processed monthly.
Technical Hosting Details
What control panel is included?
- cPanel for shared and reseller hosting to manage files, databases, email, and security.
Do you support SSH and staging for WordPress?
- SSH available on request; disabled by default.
- Staging via cPanel tools (e.g., Softaculous) to test safely before going live.
Special Cases & Rare Questions
Do you allow adult content?
- No—adult content is prohibited across all services.
Can I host copyrighted material?
- No—you must have explicit permission from the copyright holder.
Do you allow video streaming?
- Allowed only on dedicated servers (not on shared hosting or VPS).
Can I resell your dedicated servers?
- For now, reselling is allowed only for dedicated servers purchased via the Pakistan branch.
Is IPv6 available?
- Not yet—IPv6 is currently unavailable; availability will be announced after network-wide deployment.
Can I run penetration tests on my own services?
- No on shared hosting or VPS (multi-tenant impact).
- Yes on dedicated servers, but only against your assets and after notifying support via ticket.
