Terms of Service for LeapDigitals

These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the services provided by LeapDigitals, LeapDigi, and LeapDigiPK (collectively referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these TOS.

1. Services Provided

• LeapDigitals, LeapDigi, and LeapDigiPK offer web hosting and dedicated servers. Our services include malware-free hosting, powerful protection, and daily backups for web hosting accounts.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payments and Billing

• Invoices: Invoices for services are sent 14 days before the due date.
• Late Fees: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee will be added to your account.
• Service Suspension: Services will be suspended 7 days after the due date if payment is not received.
• Termination: Accounts that remain unpaid 30 days after the due date will be terminated, and all data associated with the account will be deleted.

4. Refund Policy

• Web Hosting: Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
• Domains and Dedicated Servers: No refunds are provided for domain registrations or dedicated server purchases.

5. Account Recovery

• Recovery of accounts is possible if the account has not been terminated. Please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Backup and Data Protection

• We take daily backups of all web hosting accounts and retain these backups for 14 days. However, we do not offer software support for dedicated servers.

7. Malware Protection

• We provide free support and website cleaning if any malware is found on a website hosted with us.

8. Third-Party Services

• We may use third-party services to maintain and improve our operations, such as payment processing, analytics, and hosting. These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it for the purposes we specify.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

• We use cookies to enhance your experience on our website by understanding your preferences and improving our services. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content provided by LeapDigitals, LeapDigi, and LeapDigiPK is the intellectual property of the company and is protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our permission.

11. Changes to the TOS

• We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new TOS on our website.
